Yes. Most of our work is on systems someone else installed. We work on panels, string inverters, microinverters and optimizers from all major manufacturers.
Yes. "Orphaned" systems are common. We diagnose the system as it is, and where equipment is still under manufacturer warranty we can help you file the claim directly with the manufacturer.
Compare this month's production with the same month last year in your monitoring app, check the inverter for warning lights, and look at your electric bill. If production is down, the inverter shows a fault, or monitoring has stopped, it's worth a diagnostic.
We follow the manufacturer's installation requirements and use compatible parts. If we think a repair could touch a warranty, we'll tell you before doing it.
